Gasoline prices are tanking. They’ve fallen to their lowest wholesale level since early 2021. And I know, that sounds like a huge positive, one big answer to what everyone calls the affordability crisis. But it’s not. Slumping pump prices are actually a sign the affordability crisis continues to take its toll on the one thing we really, really don’t have enough of. DEMAND.
