Certainly both oil and most energy shares will increase in price in the next year. The one exception might be that California utility whose poorly designed distribution system keeps starting disasterous fires. If somehow liabiklity and neglegence are proven then that organization will suffer a huge libility cost. There go the profits!
For the rest of the world the need for energy continues to rise, and so, barring terrible mismanagement, values and prices will also continue to rise also.
