Despite the Fed's string of interest rate hikes over the past few years the stock markets have continued to soar. Reaching new all-time highs, before pulling back in volatile fashion over the past few weeks.

Which has left investors wondering if the stock markets are again in bubble territory. And if so, if the bubbles are finally starting to pop.

So Greg Crennan of the Coastal Journal joins me to talk about the stock markets, the recent earnings season, the real estate market, and whether investors need to be wary of another bubble collapse.
