(GER 40 ) The Dax continued its upward trajectory following a broad stock market rally. The index is grinding its way higher as the latest bullish push has attracted several buyers. The daily RSI’s overbought condition could signal a slowdown in the current momentum, and a snapback cannot be ruled out in such a crowded market. 25200 is the next target for buyers, as the price hovers around 25000

The US dollar looks to break through the recent double top as prices search for the psychological 0.8000 level. The pair continues in search of bids as short-term sentiment remains optimistic. As the RSI moves lower, a slight bearish divergence has emerged. Support at 0.7910 from the recent bounce is the next level to see whether buyers will stay in the market. 0.7960 is the immediate hurdle to clear to reach the peak again towards 0.8060.

Silver, along with the metal market, pulled back slightly as prices attempt to remain bullish. The metal could face strong pressure from sellers looking to extend the bounce, as well as from bulls taking some chips off the table. A bearish reversal would force buyers to cover, triggering a rally towards 72.00 at the previous bottom. 77.50 is a fresh support in case of a further decline in price action.
