As the youngest consultant at the World Bank Group in the Africa Region, working directly for the Vice President, I learned about true economic development and the power of empowerment. I then co-founded Nadaam Cashmere, which served to debut an innovative business model with a multi-pronged micro-economic development strategy. Naadam is currently sold in 38 different countries – including nearly every state in the US – and debuted in New York's Fashion Week in February 2015.
After completing my MSc in Management, I worked as a strategy consultant in Ahmedabad, India, working with a women’s labor union for the ultra-poor in critical financial state by designing hyper-growth cooperative business models that provide increased income and employment. Most recently, I worked in change management consulting, where I worked with the leadership of large organizations and federal agencies as they undertook significant change.
I was able to hone my analytical skills by working for the University of Cambridge to code algorithms for datasets in financial investment arbitration and later worked as a senior financial analyst advising the world’s top performing asset managers. My financial investment experience evolved into venture capital as I joined Spartan Ventures as Vice President.

EO is a homebase for exploring the funny, sexy, scary world of millennial innovation. Our purpose is to create and spread powerful stories about business, sexuality, technology, psychology, lifestyle, and personal growth. And now for the good stuff: Some girls get turned on by red wine, dim lighting and music. Others get hot and bothered for satin sheets, rose petals and champagne. But for this girl, there’s nothing as exciting, nothing as arousing, as pure adventurous enterprise. That moment when innovation, ambition and sheer guts comes together… Entrepreneurial Orgasm. EO is the platform for exploring where innovation, business, technology and adventure combine. Here is where a host of talented guest writers and I will dive deep into that chaotic, thrilling world where cash and creativity collide. Whether you're a badass innovator, want to become one or just love to see what they do, EO is your home. |
